Definitely not a heavy drinker here but drinking buddy could be a possibility if it comes up! Otegine is gonna be missing his normal drinking crew from home, it's no fun by yourself. :(
Otegine's not as much of a gossip but he IS slightly gullible and easy to fluster so if Kaeya would have fun with that... HMU. :V
