Blurb: Lab experiment amnesiac sorta-werewolf who's relearning how to trust people. During his time as an experiment all he really wanted was to survive and be able to live a normal life. Now he's a guard dog security guard at a local high school run by Frankenstein (yes, That Frankenstein) who keeps getting dragged into human vs vampire fights on the vampire side of things. He's socially awkward, aloof, short-tempered, and also gets attached to people very quickly and very intensely. He's here to be baffled and quietly super happy about extremely normal things.

Plans: No plans! I'm going to be honest, I just thought it would hilarious to me, personally, to dump a guy who panics when teenagers ask him dating advice into this situation.
Seeking: -Friends! He just... really likes people, in his funky little way. -People he can bicker with, people to gently bully him into new experiences, soft people he can protect. -Fellow supernatural people/experiments/screwed over by fate/other to commiserate with. -Someone please help teach him more basic life skills. He's a genius dish washer, that's what we've got. -I'm also totally open to negative CR and shipping! Zero plans here, it's a free for all.
Offering: -A tsundere who will grumble but would die for you like a day after meeting you. -If you need someone to be bullied into menial tasks, he's surprisingly cooperative and very strong. -Sparring buddy if you want to fight a werewolf. -Extremely sardonic and rude guy who will push someone's buttons until they pass out in rage if they get on his bad side. Fight him plz.
Avoiding Okay I did put smut on his card and it's on the table, but! Gestures at the above re: his awkwardness, there will probably be a lot of buildup before that can happen.
ngl I'm amused by the mental image of Hisui asking him to be a sparring buddy but then realizing he bit off more than he could chew when he finds out about the werewolf part and given all the cat imagery his canon tosses at him it's even funnier
Hisui could offer some basic life skills if he needs them although he might be a little snarky about it at first

M-21 thrives on snark so that would work out doubly perfectly tbh! he's liable to get a little surly in return, but I think they could get some good tsun-to-tsun communication going
