Maybe we could have them do 'share a meal' after checking out the mines together? Or they can have a spar of some sort following mine exploration.

LET'S DO IT!!! i guess, we can just start in the middle of the baking. zero context, them both wondering how they got in this predicament.... he's like why are there so many ants after our baked goods. just bakes them into the food anyway. extra protein and spice...
