Lantern Rite Plotting

The idea is to organize a small Lantern Rite festival in CV! Anyone interested, please comment below!

Lantern Rite is well known for, well, lanterns that are released into the sky to commemorate fallen heroes and carry the wishes of people who released them. In Crescent, the festival could contain the following:

- teaching people how to make their own lanterns
- some story telling time or a performance if someone wants to play some music?
- good drinks and food, obviously
- main event of releasing the lanterns into the night over a body of water
- ... probably someone will have to clean up the day after haha

Like I said, I'm not expecting this to be a big event, but everybody is welcomed! Also let me know what you think about it!
