Blurb: Noé is a sheltered vampire who's very curious about Literally Everything and gets distracted by new interesting stuff approximately 345834 times a day. Despite being a vampire, he doesn't need to drink blood to survive as it's treated more like alcohol or cigarettes. Ironically, he's a little wary of drinking blood because of his ability to read someone's memories through it, welp. Not that he's going to abstain from drinking it if it smells good, though. Noé is known to be a kindhearted person with a strong sense of justice. Besides, he's pretty straightforward as well, and if something doesn't feel quite right, he won't shy away from saying so directly.

Plans: Currently, my only plan is to have him collect all the weird trinkets he can find because that's his hobby, kind of... it's up to interpretation what that pink thing is. Also, he needs his cat Murr back asap.
