Offering: shylock is incredibly good at making introverts and generally closed-up people to talk because of his patience, and wine doesn't even need to be in the equation. if you want some slowburn character dev for your character, he's definitely the guy to help trigger it thanks to his worldly experience, but he is less of a mentor figure and more of a wine aunt who just Knows A Lot of Things.
Avoiding nope!! gimme your worst and shylock might even enable you.

He holds knowledge and wisdom of eons in one hand, then utter lack of foresight because he has an ancient lizard brain that has difficulty fathoming the depths of the mortal coil in the other hand. He's doing his best and he's actually not that bad of company.

- Plans: Sylvando is gonna have a beach farm to himself at the start, and we'll see where things go from there! Like I said on the interest check though, it'll be exciting to see how things develop for him romantically and what he decides to do with his farm. One thing I can promise for sure is that he will put on a performance for the town at some point. It's what he does.

- Gen CR for sure! Sylvando is very personable and gets along with most types of people.
- Shippy CR, of course! As said above, he adores romance but honestly doesn't partake in it himself all that much because he's never in one place for very long. This should be a fun change of pace!
