Plans: Tbh, I think she's mostly going to be frantic about the hurricane and panic all the way up until it hits. She'll be pretty devastated when her mushroom crops and restaurant are damaged. :( But she can bounce back from it, she might just need a little help fixing up her farm and business establishment.
Seeking: Bingo things, mostly! Idk, I don't have a whole lot in mind for her for this event. Offering: She'll also help her CR with rebuilding if they need it.
